Mr. Omotoye Oludolapo Festus touched down on mother earth on 22nd November, 1965 in Orile Agege, Agege Local Government Area of Lagos State.
He attended Local Authority Primary School (Orile Agege) for his Primary Education and Orile Agege Community High School for his Secondary education. He proceeded to Anwarul Islam College, Agege for his Higher School Certificate. He also attended Oyo State College of Arts & Science. In his quest for further education, Mr Omotoye attended the University of Ilorin, Kwara State where he bagged a Bachelor’s Degree in Political science in 1990 and subsequently engaged in the mandatory one year NYSC in 1991. In a bid to sharpen his administrative skills, Mr. Omotoye proceeded to the Lagos State University, Ojo and bagged a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Human Resource and Personnel Management).
He was appointed into the Lagos state Civil Service on 16th October, 1991 as Legislative Officer II and later redesignated as Administrative Officer VIII.
Mr. Omotoye had served dexterously in various MDA’s including Local Government Service Commission, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget among others.
On 2nd September, 2019, he was deployed to Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency where he currently serves as the Director of Admin and Human Resource till date.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). In recognition of his diligence, Loyalty and commitment to duty, he had received awards and letters of commendation as an outstanding officer.
He is happily married with Children.
